Diversity and ethics are critical ideas to consider as an employee and individual both in and out of the workplace. I have high personal expectations and make sure to consider all races, ethnicities, cultures, sexual orientations, disabilities, religions, and other societal differences in all forms of work.

As a practitioner, my education is never ending as I continue to learn about the evolving field of communications. Research, discussion, and education are important parts of understanding and properly representing clients.

 

Transparency: When communicating with the public and clients, honesty, accuracy, and relevancy are critical.

 

Loyalty: I give my full effort and time to all clients that hold good values while making sure to do what is in the best interest of the public
